Premium Coaching Offers and Penguins
When God created penguins, they could fly.
About 60 million years ago they branched off other seabirds like petrels and albatrosses and transformed into swimming birds. Their ancestors adapted to swimming.
Each time I go to Cape Town I go spend time looking at penguins.
I’m fascinated that God gave them the power to both swim and fly and when you look at them, because they’ve adapted so well to swimming, the human mind sometimes finds it hard to believe they were built to fly.
Why am I sharing this in the context of selling premium coaching offers and serving premium coaching clients?
Because it’s the most important thing I’ve probably shared all year. Plus, God wants His best for you, not what someone else (including me) thinks is best for you.
“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” 3 John 2 (KJV).
Premium Coaching Offers and Women
99% of women who come into the Prosperous Womb want to serve deeper with premium coaching offers. And most of them have worked with the associate coaches of the famous coaches like TR and GD.
Not the coaches themselves. The associates who have probably never met the gurus they’re working for.
Same goes for all the other ‘I’m such a great coach’ masterminds where women are programmed to create their first million dollars selling low ticket $27 offers and $3K upsells and then when you’re good enough, $10K so-called premium coaching offers or alleged high ticket coaching offers.
And they adapt to creating this ceiling on their income, impact, and profits. They adapt to believing these are premium coaching offers and that this is all they have to offer.
Look, if you truly only want to sell low-ticket, then this blog post is not for you.
And the sky is NOT even the limit with how low and how wide you can go.
But if you truly want to step up and make premium your baseline and you want to serve deeper with premium coaching offers and premium coaching clients, and not just make more sales, then welcome home and keep reading.
It’s like a cattle call. 1000 humans in a mastermind ‘learning how to create and sell $3k offers in a week.’ Because $3K is high ticket and that’s where they should start. So, they adapt. I can’t even!!!! TM, I see you.
Back to my point. I’m not making any of these coaches bad. I’m just saying the women who come into my world are created and wired for what God has for them now, not to make some guru’s ego inflated.
The women go in thinking, ‘my life is about to change’ or my ‘business is about to change’ and then they get stuck in so-called masterminds or large groups were they’re mass producing $3K and $5K offers, and they’re told the MOST they can ever charge is $15K.
And they adapt. $15K becomes the ceiling. They’re so programmed that now, even thinking $25K makes them feel like they’re stepping outside their comfort zone.
They adapt to the cage so well, anything that goes against the cage is bad. Even the idea of making millions is now foreign.
I’ve always wondered why women are willing to pay me the investment to work with me to only create $15K. Now I know, and that’s why I’m even more committed to making your current ceiling your new floor.
Awaken to the Memory You’re a Co-Creator with God
Here’s the thing about God and you.
It’s not about your money mindset for selling premium coaching offers or charging premium pricing in your coaching business.
It’s identity.
God created birds to fly. It’s just what they do. When you cage a bird, it adapts to the cage, and it eventually forgets to remember that it can fly. It adapts to whatever you make it believe it can or can’t do.
But for the rest of its life, it wonders why it has the urge to fly. It cannot understand why it’s always flapping its wings, why it always feels like it’s meant to be doing something else, but it has forgotten what that thing is. It forgets that it was born to fly.
It’s the same restlessness I see in these women. They’re in those mastermind cages, and they’ve adapted to selling $3K and $5K offers, and they don’t understand why they feel so yucky.
They don’t understand why they feel so uneasy. They think they’re ungrateful and should be happy for their $10K and $25K months, so they don’t say anything.
But they’re never satisfied. They’re not content. They know something’s off, something’s missing, but they don’t know what.
And then one day they find me on YouTube, reminding them who they are. Reminding them who God is and whose they are and what God created them to do.
Reminding them of what they forgot to remember. To Awaken to the memory, they’re co-creator with God.
Are you doing this to yourself or allowing some guru in a mastermind to cage your brilliance, your wisdom and your gifts?
When was the last time you sold a premium coaching offer at the full lifetime value?
When was the last time you showed up with everything God says you have?
When was the last time you questioned yourself, your offer and the clients you’re chasing?
When was the last time you squeezed your spiritual gifts into another $10K offer because ‘it makes sense’ or ‘it will sell easier’?
How’s that working out for you????
When you partner with God, believe God has your back.
The Holy Spirit will never leave you nor forsake you.
Faith is law.
It’s more powerful than gravity and if you believe gravity works, then believe God (already in you) works.
Stop making mediocre men train you and bully you into mediocrity because they’re famous or because everyone else thinks they’re God. Because you can make millions in 30 days.
They’re NOT God. Don’t try to lose your soul fast cash. You can’t. It’ll remind you of who you are until you step back and remember.
Making Millions in Your Coaching Business is Not the End Game
Because making millions or making $100K months is NEVER the end game. It’s the Assignment God created these women for.
And until they step fully into that, they’ll be forever dissatisfied, restless and just die before they’re dead.
Premium is not our baseline so that we can make enough money to build houses out of needles.
Premium is our baseline because the work you’re here to do takes more than the amount of money, time and resources you have now.
It’s you enjoying MORE than enough abundance and spaciousness with your family.
It’s the charity that hasn’t even been created because you’re the one to do it.
It’s the 12-month support for the single mum with 3 kids going through cancer.
It’s the tuition, room and board for the immigrant young woman who’ll be deported unless she’s in college full-time.
It’s the support for elderly parents who never have to work again or pay another bill because you stepped up to who God says you are.
It’s the wells in Sudan that are built because you said yes to you.
It’s so much more than the ego industry says it is. It’s never about your stripe accounts on social media.
It’s about God.
And what He says about you.
