This business question is top of mind for many spiritual women coaches who want to scale their coaching business past 6 figures in 2022 and get their life and time back, without stressful tech, a huge team, complicated funnels or spending all their time spinning around on social media.

In my experience, the secret to scaling a coaching business starts with 5 key foundational elements. The key elements must be present in your coaching business for you to easily scale up your income, profits and impact in your coaching business. No, I’m not talking about hiring a team, automating everything in your business including your coaching, or creating MORE systems to drive you crazy.

They’re simple and I’ll dive into each of these 5 elements and discuss how each of them support you (and your team, and your automation and your systems) to gracefully Scale A Coaching Business.

One of the first key foundational elements is you’ve got to decide that it’s going to be easier this time.

When you decide to make your coaching model simpler, you’ll find that you spent way too much time creating a lot of unnecessary work and headaches during your building and growing phase of your coaching business.

You’ve done all the things. You’ve taken all the courses, downloaded all the pdfs and watched all the webinars and now you want something simple that supports you to hit your impact and income goals without sacrificing your family, faith, freedom, joy, health or life.

Choose a High-Ticket Coaching Business Model. Or a High-End Business Model. Whatever you choose you to call it.

Before I dive into the ease and simplicity of choosing a High-Ticket Coaching Business Model, I want to talk about one of the biggest money blocks I see in this area. Women coaches losing momentum because they’re stuck on whether to use the phrase high-end coaching or high-ticket coaching.

Here’s a quick High-Ticket Money Mindset tip. When you start to ask yourself this question, you can be confident you’re trying to self-sabotage your success. Pick one and go.

And for messaging and marketing purposes, ask yourself which search terms your clients are using on google. Is it high-end coaching packages? High-ticket coaching offers? Or Premium coaching offers? Figure it out and keep moving.

So, what is a High-Ticket Business Model? It’s creating a High-Ticket Coaching Offer or High-End Coaching Offer (ONE offer) that you can sell for over $10,000. A simple high-ticket business model with ONE high-end offer, or at most 2 High-Ticket Coaching offers that are easy to create, package, market sell and deliver.

A High-Ticket Coaching Offer is a transformational offer with ONE specific outcome that supports your high-ticket client or high-end client to expand into what’s possible for her and co-create the exponential results she wants.

What does a High-Ticket coaching offer or High-End coaching offer also have? It maximizes MORE of you and your unique gifts and brilliance so that your potential clients respond to you – know you, like you, trust you, and believe you and your offer are the ONE for them.

Here’s what makes this simple and highly scalable for your coaching business.

It’s much simpler to create multiple 6 figures or your first million dollars selling $25K, or $50K or $100,000 High-Ticket Coaching Offers or High-End Coaching Packages than it is to create a complex funnel with a $27 tripwire leading to a $197 e-course that leads to a $3,500 upsell and finally a $7,500 offer.

How many conversations or social media interactions need to happen to create $100,000 or $200,000 from a $50,000 Offer versus a $197 or $3,500 offer?

So, how do you scale a coaching business to $1,000,000 in just 18 months without the fancy funnels or complicated technology or mega launches or large team? Sell 20 $50K high-ticket coaching offers. Or 11 $100K high-end coaching offers. Or 50 $25K High-Ticket coaching offers.

How many marketing and sales funnel hoops do your potential High-Ticket coaching clients need to jump through to get the exponential results and transformation they want?

How hard are you making it for your clients to co-create their results? How amazing would it be to build, grow and scale your coaching business to multiple 6 figures or your first one million dollars if you could easily sell high-ticket coaching offers with confidence?

Scaling to Your First One Million Dollars – Foundation Element # 3

Create a High-Ticket Offer Container that supports your High-Ticket coaching client to Expand into what is possible for her. Think Long-Term.

This sounds easy enough but this is one area that creates opportunity for self-sabotage. What I’ve seen over the last 5 years is a lot of high-ticket coaching offers that are only 6 weeks long or at most 12 weeks long.

I hate to be the party downer here, but this is NOT necessarily the high-end offer container that is going to stretch your client to her next level, whether you’re a life coach for women, a business coach for women, a money mindset mentor, a relationship coach for couples, a career coach for women, or health coach for women over 40.

If committing to a longer time container like 6 months or a year, or even 2 to 3 years sounds like a big no to you, then I invite you to consider what will serve your High-Ticket coaching client best and support her to expand into her highest level in her life, health, business, career or relationship.

What would make the journey more than just a series of Aha moments or low level first-step breakthroughs and turn the journey into a transformational experience that creates shifts that last a lifetime.

What will make your high-ticket offer that last offer she will ever have to invest in to create that permanent result? This is what differentiates a High-Ticket Coach or a High-Ticket Coaching Offer from everyone and everything else out there.

Before we move on, let’s talk about another money mindset issue that comes up with scaling your coaching business – Like the group vs 1 -1 discussion. I hear this one ALL the time.

Scaling a coaching business with high-ticket coaching offers gives you the flexibility and option of working 1-1 or group. The key here is High-Ticket coaching offers. You do NOT need a group model to scale UNLESS you choose to.

Don’t get caught up in the hype. If you’re a coach who wants to coach less, then yeah, it’s much better to create a group model. If you’re a coaching selling $997 offers and you want to scale to your first million dollars, then yes, I highly recommend the group model because it’s not feasible work with that many clients a day/month/quarter/year.

Personally, I work with ONLY 12 clients a year 1 to 1. Any less, and I won’t be calling myself a coach. Sure, I could put everyone into ONE group offer and just work an hour a week, right? Sounds dreamy. However, I choose NOT to because I have a High-Ticket Coaching Model.

Business models are a personal preference. Do what works for you. Not what works for someone else.

Create Aligned High-Ticket Coaching Clients for Your High-Ticket Offer. Look at your messaging and marketing to determine whether you’re speaking to the High-Ticket coaching clients you want to work with. Create your positioning, messaging and marketing to speak to your Highest-End Client.

I invite to look at your current High-Ticket Coaching Offer. Are you operating within a profitable High-Ticket Coaching Niche? Do you have a Signature System? Have you positioned your Coaching Business and your High-End Offer to speak directly to your Next Level clients?

It’s time to Fall in Love with High-Ticket Sales so that you know how to easily Market and Sell High-Ticket Coaching Offers.

It doesn’t matter if you have the most profitable high-ticket coaching niche, or the perfect signature system. It doesn’t even matter if you position yourself as the obvious choice and dial-in your marketing message. Ok, you’re right. It matters and these are actually super important for making High-Ticket Sales a breeze.

But if you still don’t know how to sell high-ticket coaching offers, nothing else matters. You can’t convert all those potential High-Ticket coaching clients into actual High-Ticket coaching clients.
