1. Cultivate a Niche You Enjoy to Attract High-Value, High End Coaching Clients

Many women coaches are forcing themselves to fit into a niche they don’t enjoy simply because they think it will make them money. Nooo. Others are twisting themselves into niches they hate because a business coach told them they need to be known for one thing.

I’m all about stepping into your ONE niche and allowing God to shine through you. But I think it’s a disservice to niche yourself down if you’re a multi-passionate coach whose assignment really is to allow God to shine through her in different ways.

The key for multi-passionate women coaches who want to attract high end coaching clients for high end coaching packages is to REMEMEBER WHO YOU ARE.

Don’t forget to remember who you are, and who you’re partnering with. God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. The creator of the Universe is not niched down. You are God’s niche and you’re vessel for the work He is doing through you.

YOU ARE the NICHE.

You showing up in your full expression of who God says you are and owning that without apology is the MOST profitable high-ticket coaching niche in your coaching business – without focusing outside of you on what so and so is doing.

Pay attention and focus exclusively only to what you’re here to do. So and so is at a different part of her journey and level in her business. You’re YOU. You’re not so and so.

Use God’s wisdom to share your work for those you’re here to work with. Even when you’re the niche, and think you can do anything and should be everything, determine your WHO? Who are those that you’re called to serve?

Your audience is not here for all of your interests. This is important. They’re here for the results and benefits of the work God is doing through you for them. Not everything. Just that. So, focus on that.

No one cares about ALL your gifts and interests as much as you do or think. Allow God to lead you to the best path forward for you. Show up fully and you will attract your high end coaching clients. Even though you can do everything, identify the core of what really lights you up.

These are your niche values.

Once you identify your niche values, not necessarily your niche, you’ll naturally attract your perfect high end coaching clients. It’s God’s law. Whether you believe in God or not.

Trying to fit into another Coach’s skinny jeans because you think her strategy, formula, blueprint or template is better, or more superior to what God is channeling through you will not attract your dream high end coaching clients.

Again, remember who you are and who you’re co-creating with. You’re not here to be told what to do. You’re not here to sell what some guru business coach tells you to sell. You’re not here to create trending high-ticket coaching offers.

God has given YOU the gift of YOU, with the HOW imprinted inside you. Your unique How is still hidden inside and will probably die in you if you wait to get to heaven to be great.

You don’t attract high end coaching clients with someone else’s essence. You don’t hack your way to being. You don’t hypnotize your way into being like someone else.

God gave you the Assignment. God gave her a different assignment. That’s why there’s no such thing as competition.

There’s a reason they find you, not her.

Charity begins at home. Sounds cliche, but cliches are cliches because they’re true.

This list could go on and on, and this money mindset doesn’t get us anywhere.

We need to ask better questions.

Here’s what I’ve learned to be true after almost 7 years of working with high-end coaching clients.

They’re not Easter eggs so we don’t need to go looking them, go somewhere to find them or search for them.

YOU’re it!

YOU’re the high value, high end coaching client that you want to attract, and your high-end coaching package is the lighthouse that attracts your high end coaching clients so that you BE found.

So instead of starting from the outside in, when upleveling to selling higher ticket or high-end coaching packages, immediately start with YOU.

Look within. Look in the mirror. Who are you being? The high value, high end coaching client you want to hire you?

Do you see what God sees in YOU?

Do you see the I AM working in you and the work already done? The high end coaching clients already here? The high end coaching packages already sold?

What are you thinking about your worth, your value, the value of your work, your magic, your skills, your experience.

What do you believe about your sacred mission and divine assignment? Your vision?

Be-come Esther. You were created for a moment like this.

When you remember who God says you are, you’re able to use your offer, messaging and marketing to activate the Esther, Ruth and Caleb in your potential high end coaching clients so that they step into God’s big plans for their health, relationships, career, business, money, marriage, or whatever niche you’re in.

4. Don’t Confuse High Paying Coaching Clients with High End Coaching Clients

This is important. Don’t confuse high paying coaching clients with high-end coaching clients.

Confusing high paying clients with high end coaching clients creates ZERO alignment.

Consider that high paying clients, no matter how easy it is for them to invest in your offers, and no matter how much money they can throw at you, are NOT high value, high end coaching clients.

When I talk about the ways to attract high end coaching clients, I’m talking high value, high-end coaching clients, not JUST high-paying coaching clients.

There’s a big difference there so be careful who you’re attracting.

5. Stop Chasing Money and You’ll Attract High-End Coaching Clients

High-ticket profit explosion comes from applying Wisdom, not by knowing how to count or add money.

Chasing another 100K Month, $50K Month is great, but not the wisest, because Money will always come when you’re being the woman who does the thing.

The first instinct to chase money. Or look at what folks are wearing or driving. Don’t sleep on the unassuming crowd.  Not everyone looks and sounds like money. Don’t lose the high-end plot chasing another dollar sign.

Allow God’s wisdom and Holy Spirit intuition to guide you.

You might be surprised who the wealthiest person in the room is.  We all measure wealth and success differently based on what we consider our greatest assets or deepest desire.

And at the end of the day, Money is …… well, simply money. More money is simply more money.

Money is just Money until you use MONEY to invest in your life, your health, your business, your relationships. You can chase more money to hold on to it and call yourself rich or Invest in a Prosperous life.

Focus on a prosperous life, and money will chase you down and overtake you. Having money is nice. Being Prosperous on the other hand means wealth.

Intimacy with God wealth.

Health wealth.

Joy wealth.

Shalom inner peace wealth.

Relationship wealth.

Satisfaction wealth.

Money cash flow wealth.

Creative freedom wealth and Time freedom wealth. ✨️

Wealth in every area of life is the game we play in the Prosperous Womb. Where partnering with God means we seek God and his righteousness first and then everything else is added to us.

It has to.

Prosperity is law.  And your birthright.

And Money only matters when it supports our wealth and prosperity. If not, all rich people will be happy and enjoying peace. But we know better.

God wants you to prosper as much as your soul prospers.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 20: 11.

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in good health, even as your soul prospers. 3 John 1: 2.

Once you realize that God wants you to prosper, you’ll seek wisdom first to do what you’re here to do because money and wealth always follow wisdom. It’s law. Whether you believe in God or not.

In the bible, we learned about the woman at the well who left her water pot so that she might become a witness to the miracles of God’s power in and through her.

She left the water pot – the very thing that God had used as a tool to introduce her to Jesus so she could introduce others to him.

Sometimes we must walk away from something familiar, maybe it’s a way of doing things, or simply the things that have been important to us in order to allow God, I AM to keep working through us.

Walking away from something familiar, a way of marketing, selling, attracting clients, doing business, thought paradigm, always requires faith.

It takes faith to allow the HOW to attract high-end coaching clients to BE easy. It takes faith to tap into our own prosperous wombs to co-create a high end coaching clients attraction and enrollment system that brings ease and flow.

It takes faith to trust God and surrender that IT, whatever IT is, is already DONE.

You too, me, all of us, must step out in faith into the unknown, into the world of POSSIBILITY if we expect to accomplish the great things God has planned for us.

What must we leave behind to follow through on the good work God is doing through us in our Assignment with our lives, in our health, our lives, our relationships, our finances?

The faith to step out and accomplish something great especially when God is doing it through you in your sacred mission, our assignment, comes from KNOWING God has already DONE IT in you.

It is DONE.
It is finished.

Step out of your comfort zone and into His ongoing work through you. Start from within. I AM is waiting.

  10. Who would I boldly be speaking to, and who would I boldly repel?
  11. Whose opinion am I prioritizing when sharing my messaging?  Who am I giving my power away to?  Who am I afraid will judge me?
  12. What haven’t I said or shared in my messaging that needs to be said or shared?
  13. Am I sharing my conviction and values?  Am sharing what I stand for and what I believe so that I can attract more high-end coaching clients who naturally resonate with me?

Some of us, women coaches, focus too much on outside branding. Outside Branding is essential yes. But if it was the key to my high-ticket sales success, I’d be back breaking my spirit for millions of dollars at my legal job.  

Remember this when it comes to branding. Expression is expression.

And who you’re being is what determines WHO you attract to your brand, no matter what your pictures and glamor shots look like. No matter how many over filtered images are swimming on your social media.

And expression is tied to self-worth and faith. There are not enough glamor shots and Gucci belts in the world to mask fear and insecurity around self-worth.

To is the keyword.

Not from.

Freedom To.

From is linked with pain. High paying clients love this. Can’t wait to throw more money at something so they can feel something. So they can feel alive.  😌

That’s the link to the attraction, and many of us wouldn’t see it if it kissed us on the lips. We focus on pain because it’s what’s easy for the conscious mind. But this is what creates objection in sales conversations.

This is what creates pause because there’s no link for high value, high end coaching clients. All they know is that they don’t want to be where they are tomorrow because there’s something better.
